StorIT, a data management solutions distributor has launched a new subsidiary, Data Science Technologies, a business unit the company says will focus on big data analytics and integration services.
A wholly owned subsidiary of StorIT Distribution, Data Science Technologies will function as an independent company focused on providing integration services and application development capabilities related to big data analytics to channel partners across the Middle East region.
StorIT said Data Science Technologies has initiated a channel development programme to enable reseller partners with the necessary skills to identify and address the high growth potential opportunities in the Middle East region.
“Big data is no longer a buzzword but has become one of the biggest technology trends today with more companies realizing the potential of harnessing their structured and unstructured data in order to gain a competitive edge.
